New and Free Weight Loss Buddy Club Now Forming

For those who have read her new book titled "All Fired Up!...On The Road to Transition," you have shared in her unique experiences as a counselor, as she candidly bared the dirty secrets about what really goes on behind closed doors in the weight loss industry. She then took you by the hand like a weight loss buddy and walked with you on "Transition Road" while sharing many true and interesting short stories that have a significant meaning to the journey ahead.

After getting to know Elizabeth through the memoir part of the book and a personal interview, I appreciated the honesty of the self-proclaimed "far-from-perfect" author. Elizabeth learned early in life that the most valuable lessons learned are from making your own mistakes--not from text books. "If more people shared their not-so-glamorous moments, instead of covering them up, they could free themselves and save countless others from making the same mistakes." Elizabeth says.

In the book she takes the reader through chapters of weight loss shortcuts and advice learned from personal experiences; trial and error and one-on-one visits with clients at the weight loss center. The tips and suggestions were quite impressive and the funny moments that she flashed back on were silly, but made me laugh out loud. She also demonstrates techniques that prepare the reader in advance for unexpected obstacles, so they cannot catch them at a weak moment.

Elizabeth stresses; "chapters 13 & 14 are a surprising must-read for anyone experiencing unexplained cravings or weight gain; since not all metabolic conditions were taught to doctors in medical school." After decades of trying to solve the mystery of her own slow metabolism, and years of useless doctor visits, she experienced a major breakthrough, discovering the shocking culprit. Through her own research she has developed a natural way to permanently cure this condition, and is very excited to be able to help others with this information.

"Come join the free fun on Transition Road with us," Elizabeth quips. If you dare; the weight loss challenge for this month is that you either lose the amount of weight you pledge on Transition Road's Facebook page, or eat dog food on the last day of the month. The thought of eating dog food will help you guarantee this month's goal. Each month you will learn new ongoing weight loss tricks and make new friends at the same time. There is one mystery friend in particular that Elizabeth wants everyone to meet. Can you figure out who it is?
