Can Men Get Rid Of Dry Irritated Skin The Same Way Women Do?

By Kyle Piraino

Women like to look good. Everyone knows they use a million different products that makes them look pretty and feel good. But why can't men use these products? Would it really be that bad if a man used some skin moisturizer to get rid of their dry irritated skin? Some people would say yes, and I don't think that's fair.

Women take personal hygiene very seriously for both them and their partner. They will never talk to the guy who has gross, dry, flaking skin. It is not ok to be in public if you do not look good and the girl you are talking to at the bar will absolutely notice if you not hygienically sound. Dry skin is one of the things they will definitely notice.

Dry skin is the worst too. It's itchy and irritating and looks awful. Really dry skin can be a detriment to your physical appearance as well. If you have really dry skin, you can start flaking and that could ruin any first impression you are trying to make. Something as simple as dry skin can destroy any chance you had at getting that girl you have been trying to talk to.

But why can't a man wear skin care products without that being an awful faux pas? Guys want to look good too. Girls are the only ones that can have nice skin in today's society. Having some smooth skin instead of dry, cracking skin can be the difference in you looking good and also feeling good.

I respect guys that work on their appearance. They take the time to look good, but it's almost definitely because of girls. Trying to find a good outfit is not just a girl procedure either. When a guy is going out, he chooses his clothing to make himself look appealing, and now he can make his skin look good as well.
