  1. Aside from improper sleeping posture, you should know that there is a proper way on how to carry stuff so that it won’t hurt your back. When picking something from the floor, do not bend your back, but rather, lift with your legs. This way, the feet carry the total weight and your back isn’t shocked with the sudden pressure put on it.

It can either be just a temporary pain caused by a long straining position or a symptom of a serious condition.
