Direct and immediate feedback which allows for behavior to be altered as is essential. 6. A balance between your ability and the particular problem. 7. Feeling like being in control over the situation or action. 8. The action is intrinsically rewarding, meaning there is a desire to want to perform a behavior efficiently and for the own sake. 9. Not being aware of physical requirements such as hunger or fatigue. According to Csikszentmihalyi, "You can't make flow happen. All you could can do is learning how to remove obstacles in its way."
