Healthy Snacks For Weight Loss: Sugar Is Not Welcome


Eating 5-6 times a day is part of a popular diet to lose belly fat. Do you ever get that feeling that something is causing stress in your life and you hate that feeling?

Belly fat sounds like a funny term, but it is deadly serious if you need to lose weight now. Sugar is not part of the plan to eat healthy snacks to lose weight.
Symptoms of obesity are hard to deal with regarding your overall health, but there are some simple things you can do. Start by compiling a list of low GI foods that will be good for you.
Low glycemic index foods monitor your sugar level much better than empty calories ever could. Most fruits and vegetables are on the low-end of the Glycemic Index chart (the good end). Here's a great example:
  • GI number = 40 for 1 medium Orange
  • GI number = 48 or 8 ounces of Orange Juice
There's very little difference between these 2 healthy products, but the orange still wins. These are the types of decisions you will need to make about your own health.
Can you afford to keep chugging down the sugar when you know you should be eating healthy foods for weight loss? This is no longer a matter of giving up a favorite food; this is about risk factors for Type 2 Diabetes and cardiovascular disease.
